Isla Thompson is an inclusion consultant with a Ph.D. in Special Education, specializing in universal design for learning (UDL) and equity-driven classroom practices. Over 10 years, she has partnered with early-education centers to embed culturally responsive pedagogy and support for neurodiverse learners. Isla publishes toolkits on differentiated instruction, peer-modeling strategies, and collaborative problem solving. She leads workshops on co-teaching models and adaptive materials, and mentors administrators on policy alignment for inclusive admissions. Her ongoing projects involve co-creating family-school partnerships to sustain inclusive practices beyond the classroom.
