Food Allergies

Joris Dubois is a clinical dietitian and allergist educator specializing in food-allergy management and elimination-diet strategies. Holding an RD credential and a certificate in Allergy Management, he has developed protocol manuals for diagnosis, oral-food challenges, and emergency response plans. Joris publishes recipe adaptations, cross-contact prevention guides, and patient-education worksheets. He leads in-service training for school staff and foodservice operators on allergen labeling and avoidance. His current projects integrate mobile alert systems for real-time allergen detection.
