Supervision is an act or instance of directing, managing, or oversight. Supervision is the act or function of overseeing something or somebody. A person who performs supervision is a "supervisor" and a person who is getting supervision is the "supervisee".
Teamwork is a priority in hospitality industry to ensure the smooth running of all operational requirements, so hospitality supervisors need to be excellent team players and great at nurturing talent and training fellow employees along the way. Selecting and recruiting sta that show talent and can be trained for skill is a great place to start.
