Ronan-Gallagher is a cell-biology educator with a Ph.D. in Cell Signaling, whose research elucidates endocytic-pathway regulation and cytoskeletal dynamics. He has authored textbooks on cell-structure functional mapping and microscopic-imaging techniques. Ronan teaches lab courses on immunofluorescence, live-cell imaging, and flow cytometry. He leads workshops on CRISPR-mediated gene tagging and high-content image analysis. His current work focuses on single-cell profiling to understand heterogeneity in cancer cell populations.
